You guys are honestly going to believe that the probability of government corruption is greater than the probability that Dean just messed up the submission or the DViS doesn't work?
Something was wrong - that is clearly the issue. Either the machine does not work, it is not a 510(K) that will get SE, or something else material is wrong.
I highly DOUBT that after 4 years and endless submissions Dean messed this application up. Something is wrong and I have a feeling it is a material item with the functionality of the DViS.
When exactly did Dean Janes receive the NSE? Judging by the sell off that occurred between the 27th and 29th of Oct. , I would say around that time. Appeal cut off could be as early as Nov 26th.
I work in a cut throat industry were your customer can take your ideas in a heart beat so I am used to what you call complex business dealings. Thats not happening here...its a nice dream but the chances are the FDA rejected the device for good reason. Telling yourself otherwise is like kissing your sister.
