I picked some up this morning and am obviously happy about it now.
It seems that IPT was forgotten by the market. It hasn't really appreciated much over 2010. I've read from reliable sources months ago that it has honest, competent management, but may have been too expensive at the time.
I can't imagine it being too expensive at these silver prices. The volume of Friday's upmove move was largest in a while and knocking on the door of key resistance of high 1.20s. Looks like it is ready to break out and be appreciated for its true worth.
