Thanks. The company must really be proud about they successfully worked the BK and in the process will reward themselves and screw us shareholders and their retirees. I for one can go to bed tonight knowing that I have not screwed over anyone. Anybody know when the next shareholders meeting is? LOL Bet it will be real soon when Mr R and his cronies high five themselves.

Anybody heard if the SVP/Cannon/EC are planning on filing a last minute appeal? I would like to have the $1.40 that was offered to the EC before SVP/Cannon destroyed it.

To bad Pentair didn't just buy Chemtura. Pentair is actually a well run company. I have owned shares for years and enjoy the quarterly dividends.

Conclusion
For the foregoing reasons, the relief Pentair seeks, in any of its variants, is denied. The stay of effectiveness of the Confirmation Order, which I’d issued through noon today and then continued until the issuance of this decision, will last until 6:00 p.m. tomorrow, November 9, 2010, to provide an opportunity to seek relief in the district court. Any further requests for relief must be made to the district court, and not to me.
