Trading a stock is much different than trading an entire index's direction, next time you want to trade long/short the market, make sure you have some protection (leap calls if you are short & vice/versa).
One thing that i do when i fall off the wagon lol,is go back and read "trading in the zone" by Douglas,does the trick for me and gets me back to zen land lol...
