Just so it's clear.

When I said:

I hope it was clear that if there was no prior friendship or relationship with UC et al, then it was the governing bodies who persuaded Mr. Mehue to become involved. Certainly he's a rare man who has been well connected in both government and business. Doing this helps expose any wrongdoings here and establishes real leadership for CMKX, versus the SEC putting CMKX out of business, hurting 50,000+ investors and incur the staggering costs and publicity of any civil action that would follow.

If I'm the SEC the better option is to punish the wrongdoers and insert real leadership for a company that does have potential as opposed to the consequences of ordering it belly up.

I just wanted it to be clear in my post WHO I felt would be asking a man of this reputation to become involved and why if no prior friendships existed.

Regardless, it's good for us that he's now running this operation.
