It looks like that the 'The Diligent Investor ' research blog reworked the calcs and revised the possible return here from $2.22 to $2.50.

"After some great feedback I have adjusted the calculations under Scenarios 1 and 2. This has resulted in an upward revision of the potential value of the DIMEQ warrants. In my original calculation I had erroneously affected the 85/15 split on the pre-tax number when it should be applied on a post-tax basis. The changes result in a potential value of $2.02 instead of $1.80 under scenario #2 and a potential value of $2.50 instead of $2.22 under scenario #3. The potential value using the Debtors calculation remains unchanged at $1.63. Under scenario #3, which includes the additional $63 million award and the resultant tax "Gross Up", the Debtors reserve under the current POR appears to have a $98 million shortfall."

These current prices are a gift after the long term .40 support has been broken.
