PERFECT they get FDA + international people. Sounds like this a perfect way to get CE mark FDA approval and partnership buyout all in one move.
My guess is they dumn the DVIS down. Sounds like labeling issue has to do with it being portable the others are not.
A great step to address all company needs. This will not be cheap but I think they will pick up a partner and they will pay for all of this without lossing stock value.
