It maybe still is a promising play long term because China wants to consolidate the steel industry and they are the biggest steel company in the Shaanxi province and China is still runnning its Go West strategy as far as I know, so its not like they are in a bad position in the market. They haven't done enough on the consolidation front but its still on my watch list.
