JD stuck to his projection is that a large licensing contract for etc fell through in the last weeks of Dec...

lol...this just doesn't stop me laughing. Always excuses, excuses and defend company. Why company can't stand on their own legs and defend itself. If there was a contract and fell through in the last weeks of Dec, why didn't company update the shareholders. oh wait, i think that's too much to expect from this company.

What a joke, lol.

Of course it is the perfectly crafted excuse. They were going to sell the licensing rights(for a product that they were unable to convince any retailers to buy and of course somebody was going to pay for the rights to sell to all of the retailers that don't want it) which is why there was no hike in inventory value.

These guys are professional liars, lol.

Hey Dbags (JD and GH) why don't you pay back the money you scammed? PAY BACK THE $400K!!!

WHAT???

Could be..we hear that the reason JD stuck to his projection is that a large licensing contract for etc fell through in the last weeks of Dec...

And how does "we" believe that a "large licensing contract" that fell through in the last weeks of December would have added $4.4M dollars to the bottom line almost immediately and had old JD Brown meet his misleading projections? Are you suggesting that a minimum $4.4M for this licensing contract was going to be paid 100% up front and then JD Brown was going to raise the factoring limit on their $1M LOC to $4.4M so they could collect it all by December 31, 2009 and make their numbers? And who's "we"?

Is there ANYTHING that won't be said to excuse this company's misleading BS? IMHO.
