What money? Shareholder money is in the bank here, but surely nothing else is. No 5M debenture, which he clearly makes it certain that he is not at all confident he will get it, further he has recieved no payments to date. So what money other than selling shares is in the bank here? Can you explain the correlation of VERT showing up each time a new amendement is filed?
