100 million total.17 million in float.All the rest is owned by Shinn (54 million),Tai Ho Chung (8 million)CC Chung (4 million) and David Chang (4 million) and one other entity.I dont rememember who however I think it's a bank?

Here's whats will happen if this stock gets alot of volume it goes to $.30-$40 cents a share. Once news comes out on joint Venture or news on Africa or news on China it pops like a rocket. Anywhere between $2.00-$5.00 a share I believe. I've even heard IF this goes to the JSE (Johannasburg Stock Exchange)it could go as high as $80.00 a share....$$$$$
