I would think that Teva should get ready to be disappointed. The one main thing I know about Pharma investing is if you're depending on the FDA to do something 99% of the time you'll be disappointed.
Secondly, unless Teva followed the same recipe for approval as Momenta did (and they didn't or they'd be approved) I see no reason of why the FDA would deviate from its detailed reply to Sanofi until the Sanofi/FDA lawsuits are settled.
