Not unless THJMW thinks that there should have been more to his report that he had failed to include due to time constraints and the huge amount of documentation to sift through.

of course any collusion would be prior to the take over and not after... so if the examiner only looked at documents after the take over, he is not going to find anything to elude to any collusion theory because it would be after the fact.

Blair and Dimon are not going to talk during the take over about what they were planning to do... by the time the take over happened, the plans were already in place and being acted upon.

If anything, the examiner should be looking in July - September for clues... but that would have been presumptuous.

who knows... maybe THJMW might just let the EC fight this by introducing more evidence... but they would need full cooperation... lol fat chance.
