Market cap really doesn't mean a damn thing on these micro stocks. Sure, you can crunch the numbers, and figure out what the proper valuation is based on standard formulas, but when these stocks decide to run, the market cap has nothing to with anything. They just go crazy.
If you want to use an example, and it's been used a thousand times already, just look at the GOIG run.
Also, you have to consider how many UWRL shares are restricted, and how many shares are held in long hands. Those two things mean WAY more than market cap does.
All this stock needs is the right news and it could run, and keep running, and it is impossible to know where it will stop. That is something that is TBD.
