I believe Jerry Williams uses Jerry Williams or Jerry S Williams as his legal name, doesn't he? In the EIGH PRs, discussing the acquisition of Monk's Den, he was referred to as Dr Jerry Williams. Of course, the UCONN PHD thing he claimed is bogus.

No it's not.

His name is Jerry and that's what he uses on all legal documents.

Jerry Sales Williams, I can give a fairly detailed history. Probably more so than any of his friends. Jerry is used solely on all past documents, companies etc. that I have seen.

don't know about the authenticity of that one, but no, JW has used "Jerry" on legal docs before (see: the "Monk's Den" incorporation doc)

For a legal doc, don't you think someone would use their formal name? Jerry is a short like Bob is for Robert.

"Jerry" is the name he used on all the documents I've found for him. It may even be his given name.
