Exploration stage companies are 99% of the time in the red. It is the nature of the business. The value of the company is derived from their claims, not what they produce. Often they get bought up by the majors. I am not concerned, and even less concerned if they get the Benton mine back to production.
They have Billions in Gold and Gold is going to 2,000 an ounce or higher.
DEBT is very little and no concern. A PPS at .40 and 10 mill in dilution would cure that real fast. Also most of ther enotes have been pushed back to Dec 31st 2012
