That's a nice thought, however if you did any DD you would see they don't have any financing to launch. They need to pay Pat first before they start selling it and Pat gets a small cut off of sales. There are no sales, product or financing so its more likely it went up due to stock manipulation than anything. Its too bad they're so incompetent. The product could be successful and profitable in the right hands. Now there is Oxy Clinical. That just about put an end to PurEffect and they don't need a celebrity or infomercial. Its all about numbers and they don't add up at least that's what the banks must be saying or they'd have the financing a long time ago.

This info re: opposition deadline has not been discussed here or other boards to my knowledge; it may have some impact on recent PPS movement, but there are a lot of things pending filing including 3 year audit, fins, etc., merger rumor, update to Oraphyte testing etc. Right now the primary movement of this stock is more buyin then sellin, period. Look at acc/dist and OBV on chart. The MM's are thin on the ask here. The relatively low float plus no dilution and % insider owners helps lock this float so that buying at the ask moves her up.
