Dengue is only the tip of the virus iceberg, however, since the law also covers “Any other infectious disease for which there is no significant market in developed nations and that disproportionately affects poor and marginalized populations. Therefore, poor countries which are Dr Harris's focus are the reason for fast tracking. My thought when I read about the three hour meeting with Dr. Harris and the Govt. sent alarm bells off in my head that this might be part of their discussions. I hope this answers your question.
