If there is a law suit against the company and management is behind bars...how this will help people already holding shares? That's for sure...no win. IMO.

That and SEC investigation talk is only FUD, trying to scare people into selling.

why would anyone buy (new investors)
without clarity promised by mgmt?

it's understandable why folks would buy
based on either their DD or their belief
in avg'ing down .. or for those folks who
have visited in person or stopped by for
those unannounced visits to see what is new
compared to their prior visits .. :)
