It still felt good to read that directly from him. I spent a lot of effort sending emails expressing my concern and offering thoughtful analysis about the PPS problem. This is the first time Sam had acknowledged (to me) he cares about PPS as it stands now. I saw a danger of them focusing only on business and just assuming the PPS would take care of itself.
