Opportunity, the earliest would be around two years. If there are any questions from the examiner, the exchanges take about 6 months each.

Opportunity, I suggest you read all you can about Constab Pharmas research and studies. They are indeed using RECAF to deliver their anti cancer agent. They even cite Moro's research work in their papers.

One study they did used 16 patients. They were all stage 4 cancers and were at the end of their treatments. Two of those people completely recovered. Others had limited reduction of the cancers and some had no improvement at all. To have a treatment where two out of sixteen survive is a huge success IMO even though it was a small number.

From those results, you might conclude that some cancers do not use RECAF to feed themselves at all. Some cancer cells may have multiple methods of nourishment incuding RECAF and a smaller percentage feed exclusively via RECAF.

The problem with Constab's technology is the stability of the antibody/anti cancer agent that they are using. It has to be admnistered within two hours of formulation.

The question I would ask of Moro would be concerning the stability of his anti cancer agent. Without the ability to have a significant shelf life, just like Constab, no pharma is going to license it.
