RockyMountain they are not going to reduce the A/S. There will always be a threat of a hostile take over. Unless you know something none of us know. JMO
I don't think we'll see a reduction in authorized shares. First, having access to those shares greatly reduces the risk of a hostile takeover. Second, insiders own 50% of so of the outstanding shares which are at 743,732,651 as of October 20th. Unless it's critical to the survival of the company I don't see further dilution as necessary and the CEO has commented on this topic here:
