Its sounds like Michael just ignored the phone for a few days to wrap his head around all the paper he had to file. As well someone forwarded the old IR guys number to his office so he got those calls too. He just wants to do his job and the smoke is starting to clear. I am in a lot of other deals right now and some days I don't even check this. It will happen.
