Heskett & Heskett firm gets things done, so is there any question what they're going to do with this one? Dexterity Surgical became China INSOnline, which merged with Rise and Grow Limited and uplisted to Nasdaq. I remember because I played CHIO (China INSOnline) back in the day, and I didn't even know the whole background...I believe it went from $1-something to $5s back in that time, while trading on Nasdaq.

Even HDOGTX posted about this, but he may have forgotten about it since it was 2007:

Notice how the name John Heskett keeps coming up in all these big deals. He may have taken the cake with this one though, as the share structure is beautiful, and we may have a top 3 R/M here!
