A NI 43-101 is worthless to SNEY since it does not trade on a Canadian exchange. If they obtained a new NI 43-101, it would only undermine the credibility of the company. We all know the NI 43-101 hasn't stemmed the flow of crooked Canadian Mining scams. The NI 43-101 only allows you to trade on a Canadian exchange. So why would you get one unless you're planning to sell any possible profits from the concession to the Canadians and shorting the Americans out of their profits.
