Not exactly the "Mark of the Beast" , not a permanent chip implant or tatoo, is like a wrist watch that can be removed if you are and adult, or one like a hospital band that has to be cut off if you are a child. Is a definite way to keep track of your kids in the park or event and sounds an alarm if cut off or leaves the designated area, is my understanding.
