dang...I wanted to give a try if I am really out of luck...placed an order for 2 M shares at 0.0004 and got executed in one go and it took very less time too. I use scottrade and not e*trade, just to let others know, so that they do not come up with stories of MM's, manipulation, rinse/repeat, swap e.t.c.....
