Opporunity, you state that progress is being made. Is it really progress or is the company just spinning the wheels?

You keep stating that Moro should begin clinical trials in order to submit an applcation for FDA approval. Now, you should understand that just getting FDA approval doesn't solve the problem.

The problem is a saleable product and revenue. Moro could attempt to sell a product just like he is attempting to sell Dog RECAF. It isn't getting anywhere. The problem is active licensees. Why couldn't Moro sign an exclusive license for Dog RECAF?

Now that brings about a discussion as to why Moro has not signed any additional licensees at all. Abbott is the roadblock. Any company out there can read the filings and see that Abbott is not doing anything at all with RECAF. Why? Are they stupid? I don't think so. RECAF never even made it past the feasibility study. Moro even stated that he was able to sign Inverness because they thought Abbott was proceeding. Now, Inverness is not even making the required progress reports. Does anyone think a new licesee is going to step in and do something when two giants in the industry have ceased progress?

Opportunity, you may love the product but IMO, the product is the problem. Panacea Pharmaceuticals is essentially out of business with their universal marker and RPC cannot get any significant sales with even an FDA approved universal marker.

I know you do not like to hear my comment on universal markers but it is just a fact that I see little if any support from the medical community. All the comments about how great a universal marker is comes via the lesser informed.

Now finally, do you think for one New York minute that both Abbott an Alere would be idle on RECAF if they thought the product would be successful in the market place? That is the question investors should be asking themselves.
