Nothing that I am aware of other than we are waiting for the judge to rule on the latest motions in the state case.. Once that is out of the way, we will have a better idea of the timing of things. Worst case I see is that it is delayed a month or three, but that really doesn't worry me at all.
News from the OCT 29th motions. Actions were taken under advisement, so it could be several days before we see anything - possibly nothing until immediately before the trial mid month. If the motion to transfer is granted it could even be longer.
None of this substantially changes the position of the parties. But expectations are created and dates pass with no news, people will exit.
