Good morning, Mr. Susman:

I am a shareholder of Washington Mutual. My fellow shareholders and I are outraged by this week's Examiner's Report. Yet, we have not heard a response from you or your office. Such silence is being interpreted as defeat. I refuse to believe that a litigator of your prowess would be defeated by this setback.

Can you please provide me with an idea of when we might expect to hear a response to the Examiner Report from you? Thanks.
