To sandib: I'm not saying that Susman didn't say it. I'm only saying that it doesn't sound like something he would say. If he's the great attorney that we expect him to be, he would already have had a strategy planned, not "trying" now to develop one.

The statement connotes weakness and a lack of preparation.
