Management does not have to keep us informed, and my guess is they feel that it in the best interest not to reveal too much info on sales discussions. I was invested in another pink where shareholders bombarded a potential buyer with questions, concerns etc. and they walked. Hope this is the case here. You want transparency, invest in the big names. Good luck all.
