still great chance for WAMPQ's full recovery... the entire game changes during the confirmation hearing when the EC and others can present facts to dispute/challenge the Debtors POR...

POR's supposed to be produced in "Good Faith," also... a legal principle that can hardly be assigned to any of the PORs that the debtors have presented up to this point - imo
