I buy from a guy on eBay and I paid 28 an ounce. I know thats kinda high but its an anonymous purchase which is the way I like to buy from him. The money comes straight out of my paypal account so the purchase isnt recorded on my credit cards or my bank account. Paying the premium of 3 bucks for secrecy is worth it to me. Ive also had the ingots tested and they are pure .999 so Im positive Im getting quality silver.
