I believe you are both right.Cox and PR's.This news is welcomed and I'm sure more is comming soon.In the meantime I wouldn't be surprised to see profit taking and sp lower tomorrow or Friday or even Monday.BUT ,the trend is on the upswing and will need more fuel(News) to keep it from trading sideways again.
I may be wrong but I think the news will start accelerating between now and February and then "This Train is leaving the station".
