I'm not a basher, just a realist, unlike all the koolaid drinking longs here who can't imagine anything but 100% success. With this company's history, the odds are much more in favor of delays at a minimum and I expect they will have a very hard time proving Daic breached the agreement if they even get to court. Also don't think TM will do a deal within the 90 days.
