CIT Group was another BK, however, not similar. It was prepackaged and everyone knew what was going to happen.

It affects us a preferred under Debtors POR. Common is tooooo far out of the money in Debtor's POR. Preffered is only 500 mil out of the money, hence the "buy" vote.

EC POR will be different.
