Zen, suppose the CMKX bubble does get busted, how will this effect all those that were and are involved like Mr. Maheu, Roger, Lucas Oil and the other high profile characters and companies? Are their businesses and careers damaged or ruined? Would they be ran out of town? If so, would they take that risk to be apart of this company if it was a scam? Guilt by association, right? I am just not convinced this is a scam. I do hope IBM bust the SEC and the others right in the teeth! Please answer my questions, I am curious of your opinions or legal expertice.

Do you know what the O/S number is?? Unless you do, you have ZERO proof of a short position. CMKX hasn't filed with the SEC & the TA is gagged so all you are doing is speculating.

Here is a "what if" scenerio....

What if Urbie actually issued 779 Billion shares & dumped them?

What if the reason the TA is gagged is because he doesn't want investors to know the true number?

What if the SEC is correct & CMKX has been illegally releasing shares?

What if the main purpose for CMKX is to fund Urbies hobby..the race car?

I mean, don't you think it's reasonable to consider the fact that Urbie "may have" been scamming everyone? He sure wouldn't be the first OTC pink sheet CEO to do it. He's just doing it on a grander scale than most. IMHO
