I asked about the queue and if easy is just a ordering line..
Jim answered here that the time is ON THE CUSTOMER not lcre.
This is the second week sheck, the time will get shorter and shorter..

"It depends totally on how fast the customer wants to get through the system and how fast the router gets to the customer. If somebody wants to dig in and work hard and has some tech savvy, they could probably be online 24 hours after the get the router. Others may get busy on something else and not do anything about it for three weeks. We have not control over how fast people want to work on this stuff. Remember, that the customer is doing the configuration, not us. We help them and hold their hands, but we don't do much of the work. Eventually, we will do less and less work for the customer."
