I have USAA. Got the "for informational purposes ballot" in the mail 2 days ago. States that if I want to participate in the offer I need to call in - There is a $35 corporate action fee. Says that no action is required if I choose not to accept the offer. It says that I have to reply by 10 Nov and the offer expires on 15 Nov.
