I don't believe the boards should ever be used for a source of uncontested information. For example, one person might claim Gelmon owns shares in AVTI, or that the O/S is 132 million. Some might believe it, but it gives everyone to the opportunity to find the correct information from the SEC filings if they wish to do so. I think everyone's information should be challenged, including my own, which is why I will point people in the direction to find information more often than post it.
This is a public company. Everyone here has the right to see the actual JV agreement.
