While it sounds good to go to Toronto, for financing an oil and gas deal the place to go in Canada in Calgary, the energy center for Canada.
Lots of oil and gas experts in Calgary.
In fact the boys in Toronto would refer issuers to their Calgary office for the expertise and would need Calgary to review any energy related documents.
