JF does not...I repeat, JF does not want to keep the stock in the gutter...just the opposite...he wants to control the pps of a publicly traded company as much as he possibly can because of the # of shares he and his family own....needless to say he will do everything to increase the value of the pps within the law...hence ...profits....watch for the 10Q in may...
