I got something 4 u because I know u enjoy these: Here's an unofficial JRB 2006 email response when he was questioned about DILUTION:

We answer all emails and promptly.

There are not 3b issued and only 1.348b in the Float. That is the shares available to be traded.

There are brackets that the State of Nevada has for tax on shares so we moved it to the next level.

That doesn’t mean those shares will be issued. Dilution? When investors buy the stock, and the recent buyers have paid many times today’s price, it is reverse dilution.

We have raised a lot of money, be happy the company is now strong for the long term. We have just started, less than two months ago; to have oil production, give it some time.
