I think the market is not unlike government as far as our view goes.
The vote results shows that we are tired of potential and maybes. We want to see results not more promises. I think the market is there also. We don't run as hard on promises and potential as in haydays.
STHG had its hype momentum run. Then the market took a harder look and decided to wait and watch not just jump in and hold. Now we need to see the plan develop and begin to produce. Really produce not just promise. I said this awhile back and was told the one runs on momentum does not need results. Well guess what neither hype or promising charts has helped. What kind of progress do we need to look for to have confidence that the pps can reach say .01.
We need PRs that show that indicate progress that points the real earnings. When we see the cumulative effect of their plans indicate the potential results of $370,000 net earnings then we know a pps of .01 is very realistic. PR after PR showing real progress in achieving rev growth will insure this a real investment. Each PR by itself will not impress but as develop and are viewed cumulatively they can get us there.
$370,000 net was a rough target based on 740 mill OS and pps target of $.01 and a PE of 20. As the OS increases you will see how it effects the numbers that justify any given pps target.
Yes it will not be that simple cause there will be runs based on emotion and speculation along the way. But the underlying foundation of the business will be needed to sustain any runs. As we so clearly see reflected in the price now. I will be evaluating each PR from this view. We will see if the market does likewise. So far that appears to be the case. SO...
