All you have to do is read the actual AVTI filings. It's all in there, all the convertible notes owed to Ribotsky's funds, and the maturity dates which are next month. That isn't outdated, and coincides nicely with the supposed release of the shoes that have been delayed 3 months. Yes there will be a promotion and PR blitz, there are a lot of shares to sell.
