people close to newton KNOW THE RUMORS ABOUT SMITH. why do you think no one here ever even shot down the smith thing!!! THEY COULD NOT BECAUSE THEY KNEW ABOUT IT!! ask them where the rumor started????????

i would either call it character assassination!! or smith has a gag order and cant comment! either way its just dirty as hell!! i do find it hard to believe EVOLUTECH would hire him if he was accussed of taking money!!! no one involved with rcch at this point can be trusted!!

Do you think that Gene has tried to "poison the well" and cast doubt on Claude's integrity?



I seem to remember 'stockraker' (or was it 'robstock' - I tend to confuse the two...) reporting that he had proof that Vernon Gene was trying to incite his agents to smear his name on the board after the Water Sense debacle. (Maybe you can search these users posts on the board to substantiate my recollections?)

If true, what does this tell is about Vernon Gene's character? If true, could anyone possibly doubt that Vernon Gene is capable of egregious and misleading representations with regard to RCCH and RCC/IWS?
