Yip, now its "initiating efforts" to "determine" strategies. Its almost like he is saying he is going to start ("initiating") thinking ("determining") of ways ("strategies") to make money from that dog ("maximize the value" from something that has never produced any value). And of course, in spite of constant commencing/initiating things, it'll never be the right time to deliver the results of any past "feverish" efforts. It seems like all these guys do, past and present, is start/commence/initiate stuff. And then follow up with a bunch of PR's using new catch phrases about how cool it is.
Looks like the "market place" is obviously on to them as evidenced today with lackluster volume and up only 3 cents after it tanked 6 cents yesterday on 4-5 times today's volume (because certain insiders knew the PR was going to be meatless and frowned upon by the "market place" and unloaded a bunch of shares?).
If only they had the ability to deliver bottom line news.
