Whats interesting here is that there is no PR folks. Lots of companies come out and state..hey were are gonna reverse merge, or even better...hey we have a buyout offer! lol

There has not been one peep out of the company other than filing their required forms to to be SEC compliant.

I hope this doesnt sink either, we shall see.
