Ben, No this was way back in the very early 2000s when Lanza was operating this entity, Maesa/MAKO/OMDA/OMOG, he and the CFO, Chuck Lile, had a falling out--Mr. Lile provided a good deal of testimony and documentation to the US Attorney before be died, Mr. Lile had also provided some of this information to shareholders who requested it, some of these shareholders went to the last shareholder meeting this entity ever had, Ill see if I can dig up the information that Mr. Lile gave to shareholders and send it to you, I have to run.

Ben, just back and catching up, had to take care of some family matters that sprung up, Ill have to dig through some boxes in the attic to find the disks I stored the old OOAG/OMOG/OMDA/MAKO/Lanza stuff I saved, that was 1 move and two computers ago, LOL, the grandkids will be down this week and maybe Ill motivate them with a scavenger hunt up there.
